Common use of Condition of Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Condition of Leased Premises. Subject to Landlord's work, if any, as referred to in Exhibit B to this Lease, Tenant hereby accepts the Leased Premises in the condition existing as of the date of occupancy, subject to all applicable zoning, municipal, county and state laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, restrictions of record, and requirements in effect during the Term or any part of the Term hereof regulating the Leased Premises, and without representation, warranty or covenant by Landlord, express or implied, as to the condition, habitability or safety of the Leased Premises, the suitability or fitness thereof for their intended purposes, or any other matter.

Subject to Landlord's ’s work, if any, as referred to in Exhibit B C to this Lease, and except as otherwise expressly provided herein, Tenant hereby accepts the Leased Premises in the condition existing as of the date of occupancy, subject to all applicable zoning, municipal, county and state laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, restrictions of record, and requirements in effect during the Term or any part of the Term hereof regulating the Leased Premises, and without representation, warranty or covenant by Landlord, express or implied, as to the condition, habitability or safety of the Leased Premises, the suitability or fitness thereof for their intended purposes, or any other matter.
