Common use of Condition of Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Upon the expiration of the Term or sooner termination of this Lease, except where the Lease has been terminated because of fire or other casualty, Tenant shall leave the Leased Premises and surrender it to Landlord “broom clean” and in good order, condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
