Common use of Conclusive Evidence Clause in Contracts

Conclusive Evidence. 16.1. The Cardholder may check with AEON Credit customer service, AEON Credit website, AEON Wallet or alternatively from AEON Credit’s ATMs that display the “Visa” and “PLUS” logos the Stored Value of the Prepayment in the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account at any time and from time to time. However, the amounts reflected on the ATM screen against the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account shall not for any purpose whatsoever be taken as a conclusive Stored Value statement of the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account with AEON Credit as it shall not include Prepayment to the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account which have not been verified by AEON Credit.

However, the amounts reflected on the ATM screen against the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account shall not for any purpose whatsoever be taken as a conclusive Stored Value statement of the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account with AEON Credit as it shall not include Prepayment to the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account which have not been verified by AEON Credit.
