Customs duties on imports may be introduced by Estonia during the first two years following the entry into force of this Agreement and after consultations in the Joint Committee. If necessary, the period of two years may be prolonged by one year by the decision of the Joint Committee. These measures shall be applied for a period not exceeding three years. 5. If ever Estonia introduces a tariff on some of its products it shall ensure a sizeable margin of preference for products subject to the concession originating in Turkey. The Parties will grant equal treatment to each other for their products which take place in Protocol A vis-à-vis the EU products at their respective market.
