Concession Payments. The Concessionaire agrees to pay a percentage of the gross annual revenues collected from this concession to the Department. These payments shall be made on or before April 1st of the following year. For the purposes of the Agreement “gross annual revenues” are all revenues collected by the Concessionaire for sales of goods and services, rental of equipment, and booking of activities at the Park, excluding sales taxes collected and credit card transaction fees. The Department acknowledges that the Concessionaire may have operations at other locations other than the Park detailed in this Agreement and the Department is not entitled to any portion of revenues collected from those operations. The Department may choose to be paid in rental vouchers in lieu of cash payment. During the term of this Agreement the percentage of the gross annual revenues paid to the Department by check or in the form of rental vouchers as follows: Term: 10%
Concession Payments. Section 3 is hereby amended and restated to read in its entirety as follows:
Concession Payments. During the term of this Agreement, the Operator shall pay an annual concession payment to SFMTA (“Concession Payment”). SFMTA acknowledges that Operator has paid the Concession Payment in the amount of Fifty-One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($51,500) for the period of July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020. The parties agree that Concession Payment payable to SFMTA for the remainder of the term of this Agreement shall be as follows: First Extension Term July 1, 2020 thru June 30, 2021 - $0 due to COVID-19 pandemic closure July 1, 2021 thru June 30, 2022 - $37,563 July 1, 2022 thru June 30, 2023 - $42,207 July 1, 2023 thru June 30, 2024 - $43,474 Concession Payments due during the Term shall be paid in quarterly installments each year on the following schedule for the period beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2024: • First quarterly payment – July 1st • Second quarterly payment – October 1st • Third quarterly payment – January 1st • Fourth quarterly payment – April 1st Each quarterly installment payment will be 25% of the amount due for the July 1st through June 30th period specified above. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties agree that the first quarterly payment for the period commencing July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022 shall be due 30 days after this Amendment has been fully executed.
Concession Payments. All direct costs necessary to acquire and to maintain rights to the Deep Zones of the IMA Field or to acquire and to maintain such permits as are required for the Joint Operations.
Concession Payments. The Concessionaire will offer food concession and non-motorized watercraft rentals and instruction with concessionaire paying 10 (ten) percent of gross revenues from rentals, food sales, and participation kayak tour fees to the Village on a monthly basis. Payments are due by the 5th of the new month and the concessionaire shall issue one check payable to the Village. Unless otherwise approved by the Department of Finance, all concession payments shall be submitted to the State of California General Fund address as shown below: State of California General Fund Box 151 Sacramento, CA 95812-0151 Each non-state agency will be responsible for providing the names of authorized personnel and account numbers in their agency to their Project Representatives for the purpose of receiving concession funds. Payments representing concession payments from contract revenues shall be paid monthly by the 30th calendar day (or last day of the month if the month has more or less than 30 days) of the following month. A monthly management report, including a concession payment summary for each month, will be provided to DGS representative identified in Paragraph 3 above. For local agencies utilizing this Contract, Contractor must provide two percent (2%) of the local agency’s annual revenues to DGS by check or electronic deposit as an administrative fee to cover the DGS Telecommunications Division program management responsibilities and services under this Contract. However, it is understood that this fee payment provision will not be instituted without prior notification by DGS Telecommunications Division. See IWTS RFP SECTION 1 – Introduction.

Concession Payments. 1. Concessionaire shall make monthly payments to the Authority in the amount of five percent (5%) of Concessionaire’s Gross Revenue of the previous month. Gross Revenue is defined as all revenue taken in by the Concession and all associated activities, including catering and vending machines, and any other revenue generated through the use of the Premises whether or not the actual sale or delivery of product takes place in the terminal building. In addition, Gross Revenues shall also include any and all “facility fees” or other charges designed to pass along the cost of using the Premises.
