Common use of CONCERTED ACTIVITIES Clause in Contracts

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 19.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be not strike, work stoppage, slow-down, (or related picketing) or refusal to fully faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the District by CSEA or by its officers, agents, or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 19.1 2 20.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be not no strike, work stoppage, slow-slow- 3 down, (or related picketing) or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and 4 responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the District by CSEA the 5 CSEA, or by its any of the CSEA's officers, agents, or members during the term of 6 this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor 7 organizations to engage in such activity.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 19.1 24.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be not no strike, work stoppage, slow-downslowdown, (or related picketing) picketing or refusal or failure to fully faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, ; or other interference with the operations of the District by CSEA or by its officers, agents, agents or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with Agreement which is unprotected by the request First Amendment of other labor organizations the United States Constitution. The District agrees not to engage in such activitya lockout.

The District agrees not to engage in a lockout.
