Common use of CONCERTED ACTIVITIES Clause in Contracts

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 16.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no-strike, work stoppage, slowdown, unlawful picketing, or refusal or failure to fully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the Employer by the Association or by its officers, agents, or members during the term of this Agreement.
