Common use of Concerning the Collateral and Related Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Concerning the Collateral and Related Loan Documents. Each member of the Lender Group authorizes and directs Agent to enter into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral, for the benefit of the Lender Group. Each member of the Lender Group agrees that any action taken by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral and the exercise by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, of their respective powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Lenders.

Concerning the Collateral and Related Loan Documents. Each member of the Lender Group authorizes and directs the Agent to enter into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral, for the benefit of the Lender Group. Each member of the Lender Group agrees that any action taken by the Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral and the exercise by the Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, of their respective powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Lenders.

Each member of the Lender Group agrees that any action taken by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral and the other collateral securing the Obligations and the exercise by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, of their respective its powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Lenders.

Each member of the Lender Group authorizes and directs Agent and/or Collateral Agent, as applicable, to enter into this Agreement, the Intercreditor and Collateral Agency Agreement and the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral, for the benefit of the Lender GroupDocuments. Each member of the Lender Group agrees that any action taken by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, and/or Collateral Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Intercreditor and Collateral Agency Agreement or and the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral and the exercise by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, and/or Collateral Agent of their respective its powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Lenders.

Each member of the Lender Group authorizes and directs Agent and Co-Collateral Agents to enter into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral, for the benefit of the Lender GroupDocuments. Each member of the Lender Group agrees (and by its acceptance of the benefits of the Loan Documents, each Bank Product Provider shall be deemed to agree) that any action taken by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral and the exercise by Agent or all Lendersand Co-Collateral Agents, as applicablethe case may be, of its or their respective powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the LendersLenders (and such Bank Product Provider).

Each member of the Lender Group authorizes and directs Agent to enter into this Agreement and the other Loan 115 Documents relating to the CollateralCollateral or other collateral securing the Obligations, for the benefit of the Lender GroupGroup and the Bank Product Providers. Each member of the Lender Group agrees that any action taken by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral or any other collateral securing the Obligations and the exercise by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, of their respective its powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Lenders.

Concerning the Collateral and Related Loan Documents. Each member of the Lender Group authorizes and directs Agent to enter into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral, for the ratable benefit of the Lender Group. Each member of the Lender Group agrees that any action taken by Agent Agent, Required Lenders, or all Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral and the exercise by Agent Agent, Required Lenders, or all Lenders, as applicable, of their respective powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Lenders.

Concerning the Collateral and Related Loan Documents. Each member of the Lender Group authorizes and directs Agent to enter into this Agreement and the other DIP Loan Documents relating to the Collateral, for the benefit of the Lender Group. Each member of the Lender Group agrees that any action taken by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the other DIP Loan Documents relating to the Collateral and the exercise by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, of their respective powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Lenders.

Concerning the Collateral and Related Loan Documents. Each member of the Lender Group authorizes and directs Agent to enter into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral, for the benefit of the Lender GroupGroup and the Bank Product Providers. Each member of the Lender Group agrees that any action taken by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents relating to the Collateral and the exercise by Agent or all Lenders, as applicable, of their respective its powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Lenders.
