Concept Plans. The CONSULTANT will prepare concept plans for all viable Project alternatives in appropriate scales overlaid on the base map.
Concept Plans. Xxxxx will take the information gained from the City during the Programming discussion and prepare two concept plans. The plans will be presented to the City. Final Master Plan A final masterplan will be developed based on the City’s review and comments received from the concept plans. It is assumed that City will be responsible for any public input meetings for the Final Master Plan, if deemed necessary, and will share the results with the Barge team. Upon acceptance of the proposed plan features, Xxxxx will prepare a presentation quality masterplan rendering. Surveying services, mitigation/permitting services and cost estimating are excluded from this Agreement.
Concept Plans. The Garnet Valley concept plan depicts the number of single-family (10) and multi-family units (306) proposed. The number of units will not exceed that depicted on the concept plan, as noted in the conditions. Perimeter landscaping is proposed instead of fencing, as depicted in Exhibit C of the proposed draft DA.
Concept Plans. BKF will produce a concept plan for Phase 2 of the railroad crossing mitigation improvements. This design will be supplemented with topographic survey and be prepared to a concept level intended for use during coordination efforts and grant funding opportunities. The concept plan is not intended for construction and will require work completed in future tasks to be bid to construction. The scope of work in Phase 2 will be the work determined via the Diagnostic Team (CPUC & UPRR) and the City. Task 6 – Cost Estimating for Phasing Strategy BKF will prepare preliminary cost estimates for Phase 1 and Phase 2 to be combined with the overall project cost of the Fredericksburg Dr/Guava Ct Pedestrian/Bicycle Railroad Improvements Project. This task will be prepared to determine the appropriate phasing strategy that utilizes City funds in the most beneficial manner. This cost estimate will be prepared in coordination efforts with CPUC, UPRR, and the City.
Concept Plans. The parties intend that Xxxxxx Road Station will be designed and constructed in at least two distinct phases, as indicated in the plans attached to this Memorandum of Understanding. The City retained the services of JJR, LLC (“JJR”), who in conjunction with the City and the University, prepared (a) the Xxxxxx Road Station: Phase One Concept Plan, (“Phase One Plan”) which is attached as Exhibit A and describes the intended Xxxxxx Road Station Phase One site development, and (b) the Xxxxxx Road Station: Master Concept Plan, which is attached as Exhibit B which describes possible additional future development.
Concept Plans. Primary Intersections. Working with the MPO, Steering Committee, stakeholders, and design team, AVI, P.C. will prepare conceptual plan(s) for the development of Whitney Road and the three main intersections (Summit Drive/ Beckle Road, Dell Range Blvd., and US Highway 30).
Concept Plans. “Concept Plans” for the components of the Project are attached hereto as Exhibit C-3. Subject to any modifications to the Concept Plans made during the PUD process, or during any permit review process, or any modifications reasonably proposed by Developer, Developer’s obligations under this Agreement shall be discharged in general conformity with the Concept Plans, which shall be approved by the City.
Concept Plans. Xxxxx agrees to construct the improvements on the Property in substantial compliance with the site plan and minimum development standards set forth in the Concept Plans and the List of Features (collectively, the “Concept Plans”), as described in and attached to the Restriction Agreement as Exhibit “F”.
