Concept Plans. Xxxxx will take the information gained from the City during the Programming discussion and prepare two concept plans. The plans will be presented to the City. Final Master Plan A final masterplan will be developed based on the City’s review and comments received from the concept plans. It is assumed that City will be responsible for any public input meetings for the Final Master Plan, if deemed necessary, and will share the results with the Barge team. Upon acceptance of the proposed plan features, Xxxxx will prepare a presentation quality masterplan rendering. Surveying services, mitigation/permitting services and cost estimating are excluded from this Agreement.
Concept Plans. The Garnet Valley concept plan depicts the number of single-family (10) and multi-family units (306) proposed. The number of units will not exceed that depicted on the concept plan, as noted in the conditions.
