Concept Plan Revisions. Upon request by the Developer, the Concept Plan may be revised with the approval of the City Council. If the Concept Plan or Development Regulations is revised as provided by this section, the revised Concept Plan and Development Regulations shall be recorded in the deed records of the County and attached to the official copy of this Agreement on file in the City Secretary’s office.
