Computer Use. Your use of the Company’s computers and all electronic networked services such as electronic mail, the internet and intranet, must be strictly in accordance with Corporate Policies including the Company’s Use of Information Technology Services Policy as amended from time to time. In particular, you must not use any unauthorised computer disk or information technology storage device in the Company’s computer system. You acknowledge that a serious breach of this policy may constitute a disciplinary offence. A copy of the Company’s Use of Information Technology Services Policy can be obtained through the Company’s intranet or through HR.

Computer Use. Students using internet access at the College are forbidden to make illegal downloads, access pornographic sites or use it for any illegal purposes. Students doing so will be liable to disciplinary action.
Computer Use. Employees shall use the computer equipment provided by the Employer only for business or relevant educational use. A breach of this clause may be dealt with as serious misconduct.
Computer Use. All student computer use is governed by the terms of the district’s Student Computer User Agreement. The Technology Department regularly monitors use of any device connected to the school’s network. Any use of school district property is not private. The school district reserves the right to access or monitor any and all activity and materials performed on or contained on school technology, including emails and internet activity. Any use of the computer or network must comply with the Student Computer User Agreement. If a student believes inappropriate content has been sent to them or they have accessed inappropriate content, it is the student responsibility to inform a school adult. Once a school district adult is aware of the issue, consequences, if any, will be less than if the student does not tell an adult within a responsible timeframe. Each student is responsible for the care of his/her computer. Guidelines for taking care of computers:

Computer Use. Computer use means that a student uses the Internet and other resources in an appropriate manner, abiding by the rules and regulations as described in this agreement. The use of personal electronic devices consistent with District policies and regulations is considered an acceptable use.
Computer Use. Users of the Residential Network (ResNet) must abide by all computer policies for Student Housing, CSU, CSUEB, Cenic, and all applicable state and federal laws. All users of the network are responsible for reading these policies on a regular basis. Licensees will be informed of all policy changes during the course of the year. Personal routers and switches will not work on campus and are not permitted in Student Housing under any circumstances.
