Common use of Computation of Interest Clause in Contracts

Computation of Interest. Except as otherwise specified as contemplated by Section 3.1 for Securities of any series, interest on the Securities of each series for any partial period shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months and the actual number of days elapsed in any partial month in such period, and interest on the Securities of each series for a full period shall be computed by dividing the rate per annum by the number of interest periods that together constitute a full twelve months.

Computation of Interest. Except as otherwise specified as contemplated by Section 3.1 for Securities of any series, interest on the Securities of each series for any partial period shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months and the actual number of days elapsed in any partial month in such period, and interest on the Securities of each series for a full any partial period shall be computed by dividing on the rate per annum by basis of the number of interest periods that together constitute days elapsed in a full 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
