Comps. By the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, Landlord shall provide Tenant with a report (the "COMP REPORT") summarizing (i) the amount treated as Comps under SECTION 7.10 of the Lease, (ii) the amount applied toward the Comp Threshold and (iii) the amount by which the Monthly Comp Threshold is exceeded in any month during the Term of this Lease. Tenant shall supply Landlord with such information as may be necessary to calculate these amounts. Landlord shall pay to Tenant any amount required under SECTION 7.10(b) of the Lease on or before the fifteenth (15th) of the month following the month for which such Comps were furnished.

Comps. PRODUCER reserves the right to determine the number of complimentary tickets offered at the event. PRODUCER must inform DREAMLAND ARTS in advance about the number of complimentary tickets that need to be held for each event, and present a list of names to DREAMLAND ARTS staff prior to the event. DREAMLAND ARTS reserves the right to offer complimentary tickets to patrons only as long as there are unsold or open seats available at the event.
Comps. Brother Xxx requests the option of up to 6 comps per engagement. We don’t use them often, but it’s good to have in case we want to invite family, friends, or media guests to a concert. If a show is sold out, we can be flexible about it.

Displaying and/or distributing to the public Comp Licensed Content alone or as part of any publication, merchandise, Project or other materials constitutes copyright infringement. Customer shall have no fewer than sixty (60) days from the date of the initial download of the Comp Licensed Content to convert such Comp License to a full license hereunder, unless the Comp Licensed Content is subject to a potential legal claim, in which event, Customer shall have no right to make any further use of such Comp Licensed Visual Content. Shutterstock cannot guarantee the availability of Comp Licensed Content following such sixty (60) day period.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • Production Lessee shall, subject to applicable laws, regulations and orders, operate and produce all xxxxx upon the leased land so long as the same are capable of producing in paying quantities, and shall operate the same so as to produce at a rate commensurate with the rate of production of xxxxx on adjoining lands within the same field and within the limits of good engineering practice, except for such times as there exist neither market nor storage therefore, and except for such limitations on, or suspensions of, production as may be approved in writing by Lessor.   • Samples Physical examples of materials, equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and that establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. The Contractor shall furnish for approval all samples required by the Contract Documents. The Work shall be in accordance with approved samples.

  • Quality All products will be new and unused. All products provided by the Contractor must meet all federal, state, and local standards for quality and safety requirements. Products not meeting the requirements of this section will be deemed unacceptable and returned to the Contractor for credit at no charge to the State.

  • Marketing Vendor agrees to allow TIPS to use their name and logo within the TIPS website, database, marketing materials, and advertisements unless Vendor negotiates this term to include a specific acceptable-use directive. Any use of TIPS’ name and logo or any form of publicity, inclusive of press release, regarding this Agreement by Vendor must have prior approval from TIPS which will not be unreasonably withheld. Request may be made by email to xxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx. For marketing efforts directed to TIPS Members, Vendor must request and execute a separate Joint Marketing Disclaimer, at xxxxxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx, before TIPS can release contact information for TIPS Member entities for the purpose of marketing your TIPS contract(s). Vendor must adhere to strict Marketing Requirements once a disclaimer is executed. The Joint Marketing Disclaimer is a supplemental agreement specific to joint marketing efforts and has no effect on the terms of the TIPS Vendor Agreement. Vendor agrees that any images, photos, writing, audio, clip art, music, or any other intellectual property (“Property”) or Vendor Data utilized, provided, or approved by Vendor during the course of the joint marketing efforts are either the exclusive property of Vendor, or Vendor has all necessary rights, license, and permissions to utilize said Property in the joint marketing efforts. Vendor agrees that they shall indemnify and hold harmless TIPS and its employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, assignees, designees, and TIPS Members from any and all claims, damages, and judgments involving infringement of patent, copyright, trade secrets, trade or services marks, and any other intellectual or intangible property rights and/or claims arising from the Vendor’s (including Vendor’s officers’, employees’, agents’, Authorized Resellers’, subcontractors’, licensees’, or invitees’) unauthorized use or distribution of Vendor Data and Property.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Procurement All goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section III of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.
