Common use of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or Property damage occurring on, in or about the Property (and adjoining streets, sidewalks and waterways) of such Person, in such amounts as are then customary for Property similar in use in the jurisdictions where such Properties are located.

Insurance against claims for bodily injury, death death, or Property damage occurring on, in or about the real Property (and adjoining streets, sidewalks and waterways) of such Person, in such amounts as are then customary for Property similar in use in the jurisdictions where such Properties are located.

Insurance insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or Property damage occurring on, in or about the Property Properties (and adjoining streets, sidewalks and waterways) of such Personany Obligor and its Restricted Subsidiaries, in such amounts as are then customary for Property similar in use in the jurisdictions where such Properties are located.
