Common use of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. For the duration of this Agreement and any extension hereof, Franchisee shall carry in a solvent company authorized to do business in Texas, comprehensive general liability insurance in the following amounts: $1,000,000.00 – Per Occurrence $1,000,000.00 – General Aggregate $1,000,000.00 – Products/Completed Operations-Occurrence & Aggregate With respect to the above-required insurance, the City of El Paso and its officers and employees shall be named as additional insured as their interests may appear. The City shall be provided with sixty (60) calendar days advance notice, in writing, of any cancellation or material change. The City shall be provided with certificates of insurance evidencing the above required insurance prior to the commencement of this contract and thereafter with certificates evidencing renewal or replacement of said policies of insurance at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the expiration or cancellation of any such policies.
