Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. Insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or Property damage occurring on, in or about the Property (and adjoining streets, sidewalks and waterways) of such Person, in such amounts as are then customary for Property similar in use in the jurisdictions where such Properties are located.
Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. Coverage shall be written on a commercial general liability form, and shall protect Developer and any subcontractor during the performance of work covered by this Agreement from claims or damages for personal injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damages which may arise from operation under this Agreement, whether such operations be by Developer, any subcontractor, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by either of them in such manner as to impose liability on the City or RDA. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. The Borrower shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance written on an occurrence basis with a limit of not less than $1,000,000. Such coverage shall include, but not be limited to, premises/operations, explosion, collapse, underground hazards, contractual liability, independent contractors, products/completed operations, property damage and personal injury liability. Such insurance shall not contain an exclusion for punitive or exemplary damages where insurable by law.
Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. Consultant shall secure and maintain in force throughout the term of this Agreement comprehensive general liability insurance with carriers acceptable to City. Minimum coverage of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate for public liability, property damage and personal injury is required. City shall be named as an additional insured. Such insurance shall be primary and non-contributing to any insurance or self- insurance maintained by City.

The City shall be provided with certificates of insurance evidencing the above required insurance prior to the commencement of this contract and thereafter with certificates evidencing renewal or replacement of said policies of insurance at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the expiration or cancellation of any such policies.
