Comprehensive Automobile. Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.
Comprehensive Automobile. The General Partner shall cause to be maintained comprehensive automobile, including non-owned automobile liability, insurance in favor of the Partnership in an amount not less than $1,000,000 (combined single limit).
Comprehensive Automobile. Comprehensive Automobile Insurance covering all owned, non-owned and hired automobiles of Tenant including the loading and unloading of any automobile with limits of liability not less than: Bodily Injury and Property $3,000,000 each occurrence Damage Liability $3,000,000 annual aggregate
Comprehensive Automobile. If vendor is providing transportation services (other than charter bus) $2,000,000 along with underinsured / uninsured motorist limits.
Comprehensive Automobile. Liability insurance with bodily injury (including death) and property damage combined single limits of ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) per occurrence covering Contractor's legal liability for vehicles owned, hired or non-owned utilized by Contractor, Subcontractors and/or any Lower-tier Subcontractors in the performance of the Work.
Comprehensive Automobile. Liability insuring bodily injury and property damage arising from all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles, if any, with minimum limits of liability of $1,000,000 per accident.
Comprehensive Automobile liability insurance policy against claims for bodily injury, death and property damage covering all owned, leased, non-owned and hired motor vehicles, including loading and unloading in such amounts as would be maintained by a prudent operator of property similar in use and configuration to the Chlor Alkali Plant and the Equipment and located in the locality where the Chlor Alkali Plant is located;
Comprehensive Automobile. Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than Five Million and no/100 ($5,000,000.00) Dollars. This insurance shall apply to all owned and hired vehicles of Operator and non-ownership protection for all employees of Operator engaged in the performance of this Agreement;
Comprehensive Automobile. Liability Insurance policy at a minimum $500,000.00 combines single limit of liability for bodily injuries, death, and property damage resulting from any one occurrence, including all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles.
Comprehensive Automobile. Liability Insurance including the ownership, maintenance and operations of any automotive equipment owned, hired and non-owned, including loading and unloading of any automobile, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per accident with umbrella coverage limits of not less than $2,000,000; which insurance shall insure Tenant's contractors and subcontractors against any and all claims for bodily injury, including death resulting therefrom and damage to the property of others arising from its operations under its contract with Tenant whether such operations are performed by Tenant's contractors or subcontractors or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them. All physical damage insurance shall be in amounts at least equal to the full replacement cost of the covered items and shall not be subject to the application of any coinsurance clauses or requirements. Tenant shall furnish certificates of insurance evidencing the coverages to be provided by Tenant under this Paragraph prior to the commencement of the Work, which certificates shall state that such insurance coverage may not be changed or canceled without at least 30 days' prior written notice to Landlord and shall name as additional insureds Landlord and any other party reasonably requested by Landlord. All insurance shall otherwise be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
