Comprehensive Automobile. Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

Tenant shall furnish certificates of insurance evidencing the coverages to be provided by Tenant under this Paragraph prior to the commencement of the Work, which certificates shall state that such insurance coverage may not be changed or canceled without at least 30 days' prior written notice to Landlord and shall name as additional insureds Landlord and any other party reasonably requested by Landlord. All insurance shall otherwise be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
