Composition of Dismissal Review Committee. A five-member Dismissal Review Committee created for the express purpose of hearing dismissal cases shall be established no later than November 30 of any academic year. The members shall include one (1) administrator chosen by the President, one (1) full-time student chosen in a process developed by the student association, three (3) tenured faculty and three (3) alternate tenured faculty members who shall be selected by a vote of the tenured faculty members in a process developed and administered by the Federation. Faculty members and alternates shall serve staggered three-year terms with election of one faculty member and alternate each academic year.

  • Committee Composition The Redeployment Committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of representatives of the Hospital and of the Union. The number of representatives will be determined locally.
