Common use of Compliance with Warning Regulations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Warning Regulations. The Parties agree that Xxxxxxxx shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Settlement Agreement by either adhering to §§ 2.3 and 2.4 of this Settlement Agreement or by complying with warning requirements adopted by the State of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) after the Effective Date.

Compliance with Warning Regulations. The Parties agree that Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Settlement Agreement by either adhering to §§ 2.3 and 2.4 of this Settlement Agreement or by complying with warning requirements adopted by the State of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) after the Effective Date.

Compliance with Warning Regulations. The Parties agree that Xxxxxxxx the H&S Entities shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Settlement Agreement by either adhering to §§ 2.3 and 2.4 2.1 of this Settlement Agreement or by providing warnings that comply with Health and Safety Code§ 25249.6 or by complying with warning requirements adopted by the State of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) after the Effective Date.

The Parties agree that Xxxxxxxx Noticed Party shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Settlement Agreement by either adhering to §§ 2.3 and 2.4 2 of this Settlement Agreement or by complying with warning requirements adopted by the State of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) applicable to the Product and the exposures at issue after the Effective Date.

Compliance with Warning Regulations. The Parties agree that Xxxxxxxx Over and Back shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Settlement Agreement by either adhering to §§ 2.3 and 2.4 of this Settlement Agreement or by complying with warning requirements adopted covering lead in the Products promulgated by the State of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) on or after the Effective Date.

The Parties agree that Xxxxxxxx Sure-Fit shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Settlement Agreement by either adhering to §§ 2.3 and 2.4 of this Settlement Agreement or by complying with warning requirements adopted by the State of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) after the Effective Date.

Compliance with Warning Regulations. The Parties agree that Xxxxxxxx Ienjoy shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Settlement Agreement by either adhering to §§ 2.3 and 2.4 of this Settlement Agreement or by complying with warning requirements adopted by the State of California’s 's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) after the Effective Date.

Compliance with Warning Regulations. The Parties agree that Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Settlement Agreement by either adhering to §§ 2.3 and 2.4 of this Settlement Agreement or by complying with the safe harbor warning methods of transmission and content requirements set forth in 27 CCR §§ 25602 and 25603, as may be adopted or amended by the State of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) after the Effective Date.
