Compliance with the School Rules. It is a condition of remaining at the School that you and your child comply with the School Rules. In addition, you must ensure that your child attends School punctually and that your child conforms to any rules of appearance, dress and behaviour as we may issue (if not already included within the School Rules).

  • Compliance with the Law The Parties agree to comply fully with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations applicable to their entity in connection with the programs contemplated under this Agreement.
