Compliance with the Policy. CityBridge will require employees to comply with this policy. Failure by employees to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to, and including discharge. CityBridge will require contractors involved in the design, programming, and technical maintenance of the Accessible features of the Links to comply with this policy.   • COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACT All matters related to the operations of the Company not specifically addressed herein must be addressed in accordance with the Act. The Company must comply with all other provisions of the Act in order to stay compliant with the law.
