Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. Except as otherwise excused by the Bankruptcy Code with respect to any DIP Debtor, the Borrower will, and the Borrower will cause each Subsidiary to, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders applicable to it or its property (including all FCC Licenses and all other governmental approvals or authorizations required to launch and operate the Satellites and the TT&C Stations related thereto) and to transmit signals to and receive transmissions from the Satellites, and to maintain all such FCC Licenses and other governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, in each case except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect (it being understood that any failure as it may relate to any FCC License for a Satellite that is yet to be launched shall not, in itself, be considered or deemed to result in a Material Adverse Effect).
