Common use of Compliance with SMC Ch Clause in Contracts

Compliance with SMC Ch. 20.45: The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of SMC Ch. 20.45 and Equal Benefits Program Rules implementing such requirements, under which the Contractor is obligated to provide the same or equivalent benefits (“equal benefits”) to its Revised 10/12/2021 STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS employees with domestic partners as the Contractor provides to its employees with spouses.
