COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 Para 14 above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her the Allottees’ own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto there to or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, cost in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, Building or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and any other appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to para 12 Para 14 above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her the Allottees’s own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto there to or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para Para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her the Allottee’s own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto there to or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her his own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority Applicable Laws or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and shall keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging belongings thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.;

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment Flat at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the ApartmentFlat, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment Flat and keep the ApartmentFlat, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingBuildings, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment Apartment, and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building Buildings is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para Para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, said building or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment said Apartment, and shall keep the said Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 20.1 Subject to para 12 Para 16 above, the Allottee Allottee/Purchaser shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the said building Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment said Apartment, and keep the said Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

Subject to para 12 1 2 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, Apartment or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation viol ation of any laws loss or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure ensuring that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para Para 12 above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the said building Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment said Apartment, and keep the said Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 18.1 Subject to para 12 14 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/his/ her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment office space at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to do be done anything in or to the Building, building or the Apartment, office space or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment office space and keep the Apartmentoffice space, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged damages or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 14.1. Subject to para 12 para10 above, the Allottee Allottee/s shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, Apartment or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws loss or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure ensuring that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 17.1 Subject to para 12 Clause 13 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her her/their own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1. Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, Apartment or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws loss or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure ensuring that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para Para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingTower, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building tower is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 15.1. Subject to para 12 11 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, Apartment or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws loss or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure ensuring that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her their own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. ., of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to para 12 13 above, the Allottee First party(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 15.1. COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingProject, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment Apartment, and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building / Project is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para Para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her his own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the said Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment and keep the said Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 17.1 Subject to para Para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the said building Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment said Apartment, and keep the said Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment Flat at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the ApartmentFlat, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment Flat and keep the ApartmentFlat, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 1.1. COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 17.1 Subject to para 12 14 above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her their own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to para 12 Para 14 above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her the Allottees own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto there to or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/his/ her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para Para 12 above, the Allottee Purchaser (s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the said building Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment said Apartment, and keep the Apartmentsaid Apartmen,, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee/s shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.
