Compliance with Laws and Material Contractual Obligations. Each Loan Party shall, and shall cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, comply with all applicable Requirements of Law, including all Environmental Laws, in all respects, except, where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect (except in the case of Anti-Terrorism Laws and Sanctions, with respect to which compliance shall be governed by Section 5.11).
