Common use of Compliance with Internal Compliance Codes Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Internal Compliance Codes. All Internal Compliance Codes shall apply only to the Party to which they relate. Each Party agrees to cooperate with the other Party as may be reasonably requested to allow each Party to comply in all material respects with its respective Internal Compliance Codes and, to the extent practicable, to operate in a manner consist with its usual compliance-related processes. For purposes of this Section 11.6.4, “Internal Compliance Codes” shall mean a Party’s internal policies and procedures intended to ensure that a Party complies with Applicable Laws, Party Specific Regulations, and such Party’s internal ethical, medical and similar standards.
