Compliance with Government Orders. The Carrier shall have the absolute right, without liability for compensation to the Guest of any kind, to comply with governmental orders, recommendations or directions, including but not limited to those pertaining to health, security, immigration, customs or safety. In the case of quarantine, the Guest agrees to bear all risks, losses and expenses caused thereby and will be charged for maintenance, payable day-by-day, if maintained on board the vessel for such period of quarantine. The Guest assumes all risks and losses occasioned by delay or detention howsoever arising. Costs connected with embarkation or debarkation of Guests and/or baggage and costs of transfer between vessel and shore as a result of the circumstances enumerated in this paragraph must be borne by the Guest.
Compliance with Government Orders. The Agent will take such action as may be necessary to comply promptly with any and all government orders or other requirements affecting the Project, whether imposed by federal, state, county or municipal authority, subject, however, to the limitation stated in Section 7.D. with respect to repairs. The Agent shall, however, take no such action so long as the Owner is contesting, or has affirmed his intentions to contest, any such order or requirement. The Agent will notify the Owner, in writing, of all notices of such governmental orders or other requirements within seventy-two (72) hours of the time of their receipt.
Compliance with Government Orders. Agent shall take such action as may be necessary to comply promptly with all HCD and other governmental orders or requirements affecting the Development, whether imposed by federal, state, county, or municipal authority, subject however, to the limitations stated in paragraph 11 of this contract. Agent shall take no action to comply with such orders or requirements if Sponsor is contesting, or has informed Agent of its intention to contest, any such orders or requirements within 72 hours of the time of their receipt by Agent.
Compliance with Government Orders. 64. 18.01 - Tenant to Comply Tenant, at its own expense, shall promptly execute and comply with all statutes, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations and requirements of the federal, state and local governments and of any and all other departments and bureaus applicable to the Premises or to the business conducted by Tenant at the Premises, whether ordinary, extraordinary, foreseen or unforeseen ("Governmental Orders"). In addition, Tenant, at its own expense, shall comply promptly with and execute all rules, orders, regulations and recommendations of the Board of Fire Underwriters, Rating Board and Landlord and Tenant's insurance companies with respect to the prevention of fires and the exposure of liability risks ("Insurance Matters"). Tenant, at its own expense, shall furnish and maintain in good order an adequate number and type of fire extinguishers on the Premises at all times.
Compliance with Government Orders. Summit PD shall take such actions as may be necessary to comply promptly with any and all governmental orders or other requirements affecting Property Management Services or Property Development Services, whether imposed by federal, state, county, or municipal authority. Summit PD shall notify Western United in writing of all notices of such orders or other requirements within three business days after Summit PD's receipt thereof.
Compliance with Government Orders. The Carrier shall have liberty to comply with any orders or directions as to loading, departure, arrival, routes, ports of call, stoppages, discharge, marking, remarking, destination, delivery, or otherwise howsoever given by the government of any nation or department thereof or any person acting or purporting to act with the authority of such government or of any department thereof, or by committee or person having, under the terms of the war risk insurance of the Ship, the right to give such orders or directions. Delivery or other disposition of the Goods in accordance with such government orders or directions shall be a fulfillment of the contract voyage.
