Common use of Compliance with Environmental Laws; Environmental Reports Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Environmental Laws; Environmental Reports. (a) Except as would not reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to result in a Material Adverse Effect, (i) comply with all Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits applicable to its operations and Real Property; (ii) obtain and renew all Environmental Permits applicable to its operations and Real Property; and (iii) comply with all lawful orders of a Governmental Authority required of the Group Members by, and in accordance with, Environmental Laws; provided that no Group Member shall be required to comply with such orders to the extent that its obligation to do so is being contested in good faith and by proper proceedings.
