Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any other Company to, violate the provisions of its Constituent Documents, or modify, repeal, replace, or amend any provision of its Constituent Documents, if such action could materially and adversely affect the Rights of any Credit Party under this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.
