Compliance with District Policies. The Charter School shall comply with all school district policies regarding the operations and maintenance of the school facility and furnishings and equipment, including but not limited to ensuring only age-appropriate use of all facilities, furnishings and equipment, including playground equipment, and with respect to the disposal of trash.

Compliance with District Policies. All personnel of the Contractor and Subcontractors shall comply with District policies, including policies prohibiting use of or possession of: tobacco and tobacco products of any form, alcohol, illegal/controlled substances and weapons while on District property.
