COMPLIANCE WITH CUSTOMER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. Whenever present on Customer’s premises, Symbotic shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply and shall cause its Personnel and Subcontractors to use their respective commercially reasonable efforts to comply with all on-site written policies and procedures and all reasonable instructions of Customer as communicated to Symbotic by Customer in writing and with reasonable advance notice, to the extent they apply to such Personnel’s or Subcontractor’s work.
