Common use of Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies. During the Term of this Agreement, Provider shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies in existence as of the Effective Date found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-policies.htm, and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with ICANN’s Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedures and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in the Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Specification to this Agreement.
