Compliance With Codes; Cleaning. The Employer will make its best efforts to comply with all applicable building and health codes, particularly those relating to heat, as soon as potential or actual violations come to the Employer’s attention. Each office will ensure that all common spaces in offices, including bathrooms, kitchens and storage areas that exist within commonly used office space, will be cleaned as necessary on a regular basis.
