Compliance with Article. III The rights, responsibilities, and obligations set forth in this Article are specifically conditioned upon the Union’s compliance with Article III, No Strike. If the Union fails to perform any of its obligations as required by Article III, the Employer shall inform the Union of its failure in writing. Effective immediately upon such notice, Article IV Authorization for Payroll Deduction of Union Dues and New Hire Reporting shall become null and void.
