COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. Contractor agrees to comply at all times with all federal, state, county, and/or City of Laredo building, development codes, city building permits, rules, regulations, ordinances and laws, and Contractor shall not permit the Premises or any part thereof to be used for (a) any offensive, noisy, or dangerous activity that would pose a health or safety risk; (b) the creation or maintenance of a public nuisance,
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. Contractor agrees to comply at all times with all federal, state, county, and/or City of Laredo building, development codes, city building permits, rules, regulations, ordinances and laws, and Contractor shall not permit the Premises or any part thereof to be used for (a) any offensive, noisy, or dangerous activity that would pose a health or safety risk; (b) the creation or maintenance of a public nuisance, (c) anything which is against public regulations or rules of any public authority at any time applicable to the Premises; or (d) any purpose or any manner which will obstruct, interfere with, or infringe on the rights of other tenants or adjoining properties.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. Tenant(s) shall obey and carry out all Federal, State, County and Municipal laws, regulations, rules and ordinances in regard to the premises, including by way of example and not by way of limitation, regulations of the Board of Fire Underwriters applicable to the leased premises and to save the Landlord and hold the Landlord harmless from any expense, loss or damage by reason of the violation of such laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and requirements, or by reason of any damage that might be sustained by reason of the Tenant(s) negligence.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. (a) Grantee shall conform to all generally applicable laws, rules and regulations of the United States and the State of North Carolina in the construction and operation of its Cable System and all generally applicable rules and regulations of the FCC.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. Tenant shall comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Tenant shall not store combustible materials on premises, nor permit an open fire in any place. Tenant shall abide by all applicable ordinances pertaining to the disposal of refuse and recyclable materials. Barbeque grills shall not be permitted on porches or decks. Tenant shall not occupy upper decks/roofs without guard rails. Tenant shall place garbage and recyclables in assigned location. There shall be a $30 fine, per bag, if garbage and recyclables are found elsewhere. Tenant shall not install furniture of any kind onto porches, decks and/or around the premises. Interior furniture must not be placed outside.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. A) This Franchise is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions contained herein. Such terms and conditions shall be subordinate to all applicable provisions of state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. The Franchisee shall, at all times during the life of this Agreement, be subject to all lawful exercise of the police power by the City consistent with the Franchisee's contractual rights and to such reasonable regulation as the City shall hereafter provide, and shall be required to comply fully with all federal and state statutes and regulations governing cable communications. The authority granted under this Agreement is subject to the City's Cable Ordinance. By its acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, the Grantee specifically agrees to also accept and abide by the requirements of said Cable Ordinance, which requirements are incorporated hereby by reference, and all subsequent amendments of the Cable Ordinance provided that such amendments do not abrogate any contractual rights of the Grantee contained herein.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. The Franchisee shall, at all times during the life of this Agreement, be subject to all lawful exercise of the police power by the County consistent with the Franchisee's contractual rights, and shall be required to comply fully with all federal and state statutes and regulations governing cable communications.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. Except as otherwise provided herein, throughout the term of this Lease, Tenant at its sole cost and expense shall promptly comply with all present and future laws, ordinances, orders, rules, regulations and requirements of all federal, state and municipal governments, departments, commissions, boards and offices, foreseen or unforeseen, ordinary as well as extraordinary, including but not limited to all environmental requirements of any kind which may be applicable to the Leased Premises and the sidewalks, alleyways, passageways, curbs, and vaults within the same or to the use or manner of use of the Leased Premises.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES. The Grantee shall, at all times during the term of this Agreement, be subject to the exercise of the police power by the Franchising Authority and to such other lawful ordinances, rules and regulations as Franchising Authority shall hereafter adopt. There is hereby reserved to Franchising Authority every right and power which is required to be herein reserved or provided by any ordinance, rule or regulation of the Franchising Authority, and the Grantee shall comply with any action or requirements of Franchising Authority in its exercise of such right or power heretofore or hereafter enacted or established. The Grantee shall comply with all lawful ordinances, codes, laws, rules and regulations of the Franchising Authority, County of Lancaster, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States of America which are now in effect or hereafter enacted.
