Registrant agrees to comply at all times with the terms, conditions and requirements of this Agreement, the Protocol, the Certification Handbook and the Certification Policy, including all updates and changes provided to Registrant or made available by EcoDistricts from time to time. The Protocol, Certification Handbook and Certification Policy are available for review online at the following webpage: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (the “Certification Website”). Each of the Protocol, Certification Handbook and Certification Policy may be updated by EcoDistricts from time to time through updates and addenda to the same published on the Certification Website. Registrant hereby represents and warrants that it has fully reviewed and understands the Protocol, the Certification Handbook and the Certification Policy, and Registrant agrees to check the Certification Website for updates to each of the foregoing often.

Related to Compliance with all Certification

  • Compliance with All Laws In all activities undertaken pursuant to this Agreement, both JHU and Company covenant and agree that each will in all material respects comply with such Federal, state and local laws and statutes, as may be in effect at the time of performance and all valid rules, regulations and orders thereof regulating such activities.

  • Compliance with Agreement Buyer shall have performed and complied in all material respects with all of its obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by it prior to or on the Closing Date.
