Grantee must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances in administering CRF under this Agreement. Spirit agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly, sell, export, re-export, transfer, divert, or otherwise dispose of any IAE goods, software, technical data (including products derived from or based on such technical data), or services received directly or indirectly from IAE to any Prohibited Party without obtaining prior authorization from the relevant government authorities as required pursuant to Export Laws.
