Common use of Compliance Reporting Clause in Contracts

Compliance Reporting. Seller shall provide such information as required of the supplier under the GWSA, the CES and the regulations, guidelines and policies issued thereunder. In addition, within thirty (30) days following the end of each calendar quarter, Seller shall provide Buyer information pertaining to emissions, fuel types, and any other information to the extent reasonably requested by Buyer to comply with the CES, the disclosure requirements contained under applicable law and any other such disclosure regulations which may be imposed upon Buyer during the Term, which information requirements will be provided to Seller by Buyer at least fifteen (15) days before the beginning of the calendar quarter for which the information is required. Seller shall provide Buyer with such additional information to the extent reasonably requested by Buyer to comply with the CES, RPS, APS or any other applicable program under Massachusetts law requiring electric generation with certain Environmental Attributes.
