Compliance Obligation. Throughout the term of this Agreement and any extension thereto, Seller shall comply, at its sole cost and expense, with all applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes and standards (Laws) governing the manufacture, transportation or sale of Items or the performance of Services covered by this Agreement anywhere in the world. Without limiting the foregoing, in the United States (U.S.) this includes all applicable commerce, environmental, occupational safety, transportation and securities Laws and all employment and labor Laws governing Seller's personnel providing Services to Buyer.
Compliance Obligation. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, export control, economic sanction and anti-boycott laws, regulations and administrative requirements applicable to you or your services. You hereby represent and warrant that you and/or all of your shareholders, directors, officers, employees and subcontractors who will perform services under this Contract are knowledgeable about the laws, restrictions and principles stated above and agree to take appropriate steps to ensure compliance by any such persons with respect to the services to be performed under this Contract.

The Company shall perform the Contract Services in accordance with Applicable Law (including all applicable federal, State and local environmental laws, regulations, ordinances, rules, requirements, permits and other authorizations that affect the Contract Services), and shall cause all Subcontractors to comply with Applicable Law. The Company shall comply with the terms of all Governmental Approvals, notwithstanding the fact that the Company may not be a permittee or co-permittee with respect to the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites Permits.
Compliance Obligation. The Representative acknowledges the need for compliance with Industrial Instruments and Workplace Laws at all times. The Representative must comply with, and ensure its employees and contractors comply with, any and all requests of Aussie Pooch to participate in any surveys, questionnaires, reporting requirements, document reviews, training and audits as required from time to time.

Each Party agrees to be bound by and to comply with the Act, the regulations made pursuant thereto and all of the provisions of the Market Rules; as such Market Rules may be Amended by NSPSO from time to time in accordance with the Market Rules, so far as the Market Rules are applicable to such Party.

In connection with its performance of the Work, the DB Contractor shall perform and comply with all applicable obligations, duties, responsibilities, and requirements of the Facility Documents, in each case unless otherwise indicated by the Authority in writing.
