Compliance by Subsidiaries. The Parties shall cause their respective Subsidiaries to comply with this Agreement.
Compliance by Subsidiaries. The Company will cause any subsidiary which it may now have and/or which it may organize or acquire in the future to comply fully with all terms and provisions of Section 7 to the same extent as if such subsidiary or subsidiaries were the "Company" herein.
Compliance by Subsidiaries. The Company and Subsidiary will cause any Other Subsidiary which either of them may now have and/or which either of them may organize or acquire in the future to comply with all the terms and provisions of this Section 8.
Compliance by Subsidiaries. The Company shall cause all of its subsidiaries to comply with the provisions of this Article 6 as if such subsidiaries were expressly referred to in such provisions in replacement of references to the Company, mutatis mutandis.
Compliance by Subsidiaries. Each of Leopard Parent and Dragon Parent shall cause Leopard (and its Subsidiaries) and Dragon (and its Subsidiaries), respectively, to comply with their obligations under this Agreement (and guarantees such performance and any liabilities of such Persons arising from a breach hereof, which guarantee shall be immediate and shall not be contingent upon the exercise or enforcement by Mammoth or the Company of whatever remedies they may have against Leopard (and its Subsidiaries) and/or Dragon (and its Subsidiaries)).
Compliance by Subsidiaries. The Company shall cause any subsidiary that it may organize in the future to comply with this section 7.
Compliance by Subsidiaries. The Company shall, while any of the Notes are issued and outstanding, use its voting power in and representation on the Board of Directors of each of its subsidiaries in such manner as to ensure full compliance at all times with the provisions of this Schedule and to prevent any act or omission on the part of any subsidiary which would or might detrimentally affect the interest of the Noteholders.
Compliance by Subsidiaries. Each of Comcast and GE shall cause the Comcast Members or HoldCo, as the case may be, to comply with their obligations under this Agreement.
Compliance by Subsidiaries. Viacom and Blockbuster each agree to cause all members of the Viacom Consolidated Group and Blockbuster Consolidated Group (including predecessors and successors to such members) to comply with the terms of the Agreement.
Compliance by Subsidiaries. Parent and Subsidiary each agrees to cause all members of the Parent Consolidated Group and the Subsidiary Consolidated Group (including predecessors and successors to such members) to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
