Common use of Completion Report Clause in Contracts

Completion Report. The Completion Report shall generally use the following format provided below for each Component or Project after completion. Executive Summary The Executive Summary should include a brief summary of project information and include the following items: • Brief description of work proposed to be done in the original Grant application. • Description of actual work completed and any deviations from Exhibit A. List any official amendments to this Grant Agreement, with a short description of the amendment. Reports and/or Products The following items should be provided, unless already submitted as a deliverable: • A copy of the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) that meets all the requirements of the GSP Regulations (for GSP Development Projects), or verification (e.g., acceptance email, or other approved documentation from SGMA), that the GSP was submitted to DWR as required. • A copy of any final technical report or study, produced for or utilized in this Project as described in the Work Plan • Electronic copies of any data collected, not previously submitted • Discussion of problems that occurred during the work and how those problems were resolved • Final Component schedule showing actual progress versus planned progress Additional information that may be applicable for Implementation Projects and/or Components includes the following: • As-built drawings • Final geodetic survey information • Project or Component photos Cost & Disposition of Funds A list showing: • Summary of Project costs including the following items: o Accounting of the cost of project expenditure o Include all internal and external costs not previously disclosed (i.e., additional cost share); and o A discussion of factors that positively or negatively affected the project cost and any deviation from the original Project cost estimate. Additional Information • Benefits derived from the Component, with quantification of such benefits provided, applicable for Implementation Components. • A final project schedule showing actual progress versus planned progress as shown in Exhibit C. • Certification from a California Registered Professional (Civil Engineer or Geologist, as appropriate) that the project was conducted in accordance with the approved work plan and any approved modifications thereto. • Submittal schedule for the Post Performance Report.
