Common use of Completion of this Contract Clause in Contracts

Completion of this Contract. 3. In the event of any breach by the Buyer covered by this guarantee, including in the payment of any money payable to the Seller or to third parties under this Contract or otherwise, the Seller may proceed to recover the amount claimed as a debt or as damages from me/us without having instituted legal proceedings against the Buyer or any other of the Buyer's Guarantor and without first exhausting the Seller’s remedies against the Buyer.
