Completion of the Works. 20.1 On completion of the works, the Contractor shall remove all the remaining construction plant and material from the site, other than material which is the property of the network operator, and leave the site in a clean, neat and tidy condition. If material and plant is required for the liability and maintenance period the Contract supervisor must authorise it’s retention on site.

The fees and expenses of the Arbitrator, including the cost of its nomination, are to be borne as the expert determines. If following completion of the Additional Works the Seller considers the Additional Works have been completed to the required standard, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with a Certificate of Practical Completion and confirm that the sale of the Property to the Buyer can take effect within 10 working days of the date of the Certificate of Practical Completion. If the Buyer fails to complete the Additional Works by the date specified by the Seller, then the Buyer shall return the Property to the Seller’s Solicitors and the Seller may serve notice in writing on the Buyer’s solicitors rescinding this Agreement. The Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the Seller any costs incurred by the Buyer in carrying out any of the Works or Additional Works If the Agreement is rescinded by the Seller, the Buyer shall remove all personal or the Works and if so required the Additional Works related possessions from the Property immediately. If any of the Buyer's possessions are left at the Property the Buyer will be responsible for meeting all reasonable removal and storage charges.
