Completion of Service. To protect the reliability of Filthy Pro, so that it continues to be a source of referrals and connection between Service Requesters and Independent Service Professionals, once Service Provider has chosen the booking of his/her choice, the Independent Service Provider is contracted and obligated to complete the job within the timeframe requested by the Service Requester (client) and chosen by the Service Provider. Filthy Pro 1 LLC will deduct $50 from any compensation if the contractor fails to give 72 hour cancellation notice. After the completion of the Job, Filthy Pro will not interfere with how you want to provide your cleaning services. Furthermore, Filthy pro will not, under any circumstances inspect your work. In the future, Filthy Pro will create videos as a general guide through the website, suggested by top pro’s and collect feedback from clients to help those who may want to benefit from it.

  • Completion of Services (a) The Customer must:

  • Disconnection of Service Customer may discontinue service upon written notification to OFMTC, after which Customer will still be subject to payment of all applicable charges. No initial charges shall be refunded once OFMTC has accepted this contract. OFMTC has the right to discontinue Customer’s service without notice if payment is more than approximately 30 days in arrears, if Customer fails to honor the terms of this agreement, if Customer violates the rules or regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or if Customer uses the designated service for unlawful or prohibited purposes. If Customer’s service is disconnected for nonpayment of Customer’s xxxx, a reactivation fee may apply if the service is resumed. The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.

  • Disruption of Service Customer acknowledges and understands that Voice Service will not be available for use under certain circumstances, including without limitation when the network or facilities are not operating or if normal electrical power to the MTA, ATA or ALG is interrupted and such equipment does not have a functioning backup. Customer also understands and acknowledges that the performance of the battery backup is not guaranteed. If the battery backup does not provide power, Voice Services will not function until normal power is restored. Customer also understands that certain online features of Voice Service, where such features are available, will not be available under certain circumstances, including but not limited to the interruption of the Internet connection.

  • Interruption of Service If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production of electricity if such production of electricity could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2:
