Common use of Completion of Projects Clause in Contracts

Completion of Projects. PURCHASER shall complete the projects in the preceding section as follows: Project Nos. 1, 2, and 3 – Prior to log haul. Project No. 4 – During “in stream” work period from July 1 through September 15, and prior to adding lift of rock on road segment D to D2. Project No. 5 – After log haul in conjunction with final maintenance.
