Common use of Completion of Projects Clause in Contracts

Completion of Projects. PURCHASER shall complete the projects in the preceding section as follows: Project Nos. 1, 2, and 3 – Prior to log haul. Project No. 4 – During “in stream” work period from July 1 through September 15, and prior to adding lift of rock on road segment D to D2. Project No. 5 – After log haul in conjunction with final maintenance.

Completion of Projects. PURCHASER shall complete the projects in the preceding section as follows: Project Projects Nos. 1, 2, 1 and 3 – 2 - Prior to log haul. Project No. 4 – 3 - During “in stream” work period from July 1 through September 15, and prior to adding lift of rock on road segment D to D2August 31. Project No. 5 – 4 - After log haul in conjunction with final maintenance.

Completion of Projects. PURCHASER shall complete the projects in the preceding section as follows: Project Nos. 1, 2, and 3 – Prior to log haul. Project No. 4 – During “in stream” in-stream work period from July 1 through September 15, and prior to adding lift of rock on road segment D to D230. Project No. 5 – After log haul in conjunction with final maintenance.

Completion of Projects. PURCHASER shall complete the projects in the preceding section as follows: Project NosNo. 1, 2, and 3 1 – Prior to log haul. Project No. 4 2 – Prior to log haul. Project No. 3 – During “in In stream” work period from (July 1 through September 15, and prior to adding lift of rock on road segment D to D230). Project No. 5 4 – After log haul in conjunction with final maintenance. After commencement of project work on a road section, complete all projects on that section prior to log hauling, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE.
