Common use of Completion of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Proceedings. All partnership, corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent or Syndication Agent and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent and such counsel, and Administrative Agent, Syndication Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent or Syndication Agent may reasonably request. Each Lender, by delivering its signature page to this Agreement and funding a Loan on the Closing Date, shall be deemed to have acknowledged receipt of, and consented to and approved, each Credit Document and each other document required to be approved by any Agent, Requisite Lenders or Lenders, as applicable on the Closing Date.

Completion of Proceedings. Each Lender, by delivering its signature page to this Agreement and funding a Loan on the Closing Date, shall be deemed to have acknowledged receipt of, and consented to and approved, each Credit Document and each other document required to be approved by any Agent, Requisite Lenders or Lenders, as applicable on the Closing Date.
