Common use of Completion of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, or Arranger and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and Arranger and such counsel, and Administrative Agent, Arranger and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent or Arranger may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by the Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of the Lenders, or Arranger and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent and Arranger and such counsel, and the Administrative Agent, Arranger Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as the Administrative Agent or Arranger may reasonably request.
