Common use of Completion of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Proceedings. All organizational proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All organizational corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request..
