Common use of Completion of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and such counsel, and Administrative Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All partnership, corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, Agent and its counsel shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and such counsel, and Administrative Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, or Arranger and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and Arranger and such counsel, and Administrative Agent Agent, Arranger REVOLVING LOAN CREDIT AGREEMENT EXECUTION 83 91 and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent or Arranger may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, or Arranger and its counsel shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and Arranger and such counsel, and Administrative Agent Agent, Arranger and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent or Arranger may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All partnership, corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found reasonably acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, Agent and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and Lenders and such counsel, and Administrative Agent and Lenders and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent the Agents and such their respective counsel, and Administrative Agent the Agents and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents documents, instruments and legal opinions as Administrative Agent any of the Agents may reasonably request.

All partnership, corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and by the Restructuring Transaction Documents and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, the Requisite Lenders and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and such their respective counsel, and Administrative Agent and such its counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent or the Requisite Lenders may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative AgentAgents, acting on behalf of Lenders, and its their counsel shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent Agents and such counsel, and Administrative Agent Agents and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent Agents may reasonably request.

All partnership, corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and such counselAgent, and Administrative Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

All partnership, corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by the Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, Agent and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent Agent, the Lenders, and such counsel, and the Administrative Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, and the Parent shall have delivered the Effective Date Certificate.

All partnership, corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by the Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, Agent and its counsel shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger and such counsel, and the Administrative Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and such counsel, and Administrative Agent and such its counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Managing Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, and its counsel in accordance with this subsection 4.1 shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Managing Agent and such counsel, and Administrative Managing Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Managing Agent may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of the Lenders, and its counsel shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and such counsel, and Administrative Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby by this Forebearance Agreement and the Credit Agreement and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, and its counsel shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and such counsel, and Administrative Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by the Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of the Lenders, and its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent and such counsel, and the Administrative Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
