COMPLETION OF MEET AND NEGOTIATION. 38.1 This document comprises the entire Agreement between the District and Association of the matters within the lawful scope of negotiations. The District shall have no further obligation to meet and negotiate, during the term of this Agreement, on any subject whether or not said subject is covered by this Agreement, even though such subject was not known nor considered at the time of the negotiations leading to the execution of this Agreement.
